ONA Consulting were recently awarded naval architectural support scope including stability verification for a nearshore marine contractor. The scope draws on our long experience supporting marine transportation and engineering scopes across Australia. ONA consultants provide a range of engineering and verification support services for marine tow contractors, heavy lift transportation and installation contractors. The scopes were carried out over a 6 month period and enabled the contractor to provide robust engineering by outsourcing verification support negating the need for additional internal resources.
The verification work was undertaken in line with a combination of the new NSCV stability codes and more traditional IMO/USL criteria. This scope was undertaken out of our Perth office.
